LD Lines & Transmanche Ferries,
the most frequent service between France and
Britain across the central Channel.
LD Lines the ' Norman Spirit ’ provides a
daily link between Portsmouth and Le Havre.
LD Lines has also launched a new daily
summer link – running from 1 May to 30
September – connecting Newhaven and Le Havre
on a new ship – the ‘Seven Sisters’.
Transmanche Ferries, a sister company of LD
Lines, runs an all-year ferry service
between Newhaven and Dieppe with up to three
crossings daily on two very comfortable and
modern vessels, the Seven Sisters and the
Côte d’Albâtre. The schedule of departures
and arrivals for this service have been
fixed according to tidal constraints and is
available to view in advance on the website.
